Question Is it true that DoA2 LE is bad for the laser?

sponsored links

Hey guys,

It seems that I heard somewhere that running a backup of Dead or Alive 2 LE would seriously damage your dreamcast's laser. Is this true?

Thanks

the original DOA2 (the first ever dc ripped game) was apparently bad for the laser and so was crazy taxi and any other game that was ripped without a dummy file added - they made the laser go crazy by constantly searching up and down the cd, if the game has a dummy file then it should be fine
