Default Windows 2000 Pro restarts before booting. After applying SP4 [; ; win2KPro]

Hi, I have a PII 300 MHz, it's pretty old, and I use it for storage. I installed Service Pack 4, and everything went well, it told me to restart, then I restarted. But now after passing the Windows 2000 loading screen, it just reboots. A blue screen appears, but it disappears too fast and I can't read what it says. I already tried booting on Safe Mode, but it restarts as well. And I tried "Last Known good configuration", but it restarts too. Anyone has any idea what can I do, besides reinstalling windows, and not applying SP4 again? I'm out of ideas.

Thanks

Try using vga mode from F8, it might be video driver related.
