Default Ntsc to pal ps2 patcher help!

Ive used it on quite a few games with total success but i cant get it to patch Romance of the Three Kingdoms X :l it just says it cant patch it,any ideas please?

you should buy a true rgb cable, than all your games should come out ok. its along time since i used a ps2, and had this problem, but i think that is what i just did.

yeah man i think your right. I know a true rgb works fine as a fact,just that atm all ive got is a crappy composite so ive been patching them games with good results,even got ffxii patched and it looks amazing,i just dont know why this game wont patch :/ maybe cos its 2d lol.
