Default NEOFIX xiv and ps2 v12

For the life of me . . . . I cannot find ANY diagram ANYWHERE which tells me how to fully install the Neofix xiv pcb.

Yes. . . . J1, K, 5v, and GND are illustrated but NOWHERE, NOWHERE can I find where T1, T2, F1, and F2 go on the Ps2 motherboard!!!!

Please Please help as I have a little lad here screaming the house down wanting to use his PS2 again but I darn't in case the laser burns out!!!!

My install of the Matrix Inf. was successful but now I am stuck!
