Default please help with burning dvds!!!!!

sponsored links

Hi, I'm new to the forum, and pretty new to burning dvds. I'm trying to go from vcd to dvd. I've used ISObuster to get mpgs, TMPGencoder to make VIDEO_TS folder, and I've tried burning with nero, dvdshrink, creating an ISO and burning, dvdLab. NOTHING WORKS! t keeps saying "burn process failed" "could not perform end of disk-at-once" etc. Trying to burn vcd's to dvd for my girlfriends mom just out of hospital. Any help is hugely appreciated!!!!! Thanks!!!!! Also, here is a log from dvdShrink, if it helps. Thanks

I just noticed this: Burning to PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-K14 on a DVD+R media.

Are you using +RW media in a -RW recorder. If this is the case perhaps this would cause failed disks.

Default worked before...

yea, media is fuji +r; I didn't know burner is -r; how I can I check/verify that? I have sucessfully burned a dvd onto the +r media using dvd decrypter. I think nero is problem, but even if I burn the .iso with dvddecrypter, it still says error when I put in stand alone dvd player...

According to Pioneer your burner is dual format anyway , so that's not the problem. Don't know what is though.
Why the need to waste a dvd for a vcd movie? The quality is not going to improve & dvds cost more than a cd.

I was hoping to put multiple vcds onto one dvd. Girlfriends mom back from hospital, can't get out of bed, so put in one dvd and play for 5 or 6 hours, I thought it would be cool. (she likes the soaps). If anyone knows, any help is appreciated.

I think nero is problem. Anyone know a good program and tuturial for burning dvd's from mpgs or from iso's, or from video and audio files? I'll post if I figure out. Thanks
