Default Modem drivers help

sponsored links
I rebooted my pc and went to install my modem but couldn't find the disk (well i lent it to a mate who never gave it back but said they did )

I have tried dl a few various drivers but none work so can anyone tell me how to find the exact drivers for my modem.

on the box it's say shine modems (but it use a rockwell chip) and on the manual it say the drivers are "Rockwell HCF 56k Speakerphone PCI modem" but when i d/l these driver it still wont work

im running window 98, and any help would be great.
