Default dnas error (-402)

sponsored links
I've been trying to setup a network connection on my ps2 but when it gets to the part where it runs a sequence of tests at the last test I get an error message, dnas error (-402).
Can someone help me to find out what this error code means? I think it's because I'm using a chipped ps2 and it's detecting the chip. If so is there any way to deactive the chip to let me play genuine games online? The chip fitted is a dms3. Thanks in advance for any help, it's much appreciated.
