yep, by 'time' are you refering to size dude?
if so look into "No-Mod Kits" they help you de-size games even smaller...

Try no mod kits, or learn to do it yourself.

Its complacited to learn, but once you learn it, you can no mod and or rip anygame.

Look in the FAQ, thats all the sites I learned from

the easiest way is to download a no mod kit, one of the best sites is ***********

if you want to make your own no-mod kit then it depends on what files are in the game you want to downsize, if there's any .pss files then you can either replace them with a blank .pss file or downsample them with pssplex, most ps2 audio formats can be downsampled with mfaudio but the results sound crap, these are the best methods to reduce the size of a game but there are other problems like all the data in one big file, lba tables and the game being programmed to check the size of certain files.
you'll need a hex editor and if the game you want to downsize has all the data in one large file then you'll need an extractor/rebuilder for that game.
i've spent alot of time trying to re-rip games and have found the best bet is to get a modchip but if you want any help for a specific game then email me and i'll try to help
