Default Xbox to PC

Ok i need a new bios
because it is 3.0.3 and need to transfer the new bios to my xbox
and it is X3
how do i transfer files from pc to xbox
how do i connect the xbox and pc?
Please help

you need a dashboard installed, evox will do fine as it has an ftp client built in.

then just connect your xbox to pc via crossover cable (into the free ethernet port on your comp) or you need another cable to connect to your router if you have one for a network?

once connected just check your xbox for the settings, e.g. ip address then open flashfxp and enter the ip and the login details you will also get from the xbox settings menu, usually xbox for user name and xbox for password.
