Default Geforce 4 MX 440 TV out; problems playing divx

sponsored links

I just purchased a geforce 4 mx440 w/ tv out. I have been playing divx movies for the last 2 days, but today, it just stopped working. The rest of my desktop displays fine, but when I play a divx movie, (either thru Divx player, Media Player, or winamp), it just shows a blank screen. Is it Macrovision or what? And if it is, why is it just now kicking in? Why did it play fine yesterday, and not today? And how can I disable it to enable divx playback on my tv? Please don't say the TVTool, because it doesn't work on my card.
