Got this from the AMD Support pages

How can I tell whether my AMD Athlon™ processor supports a 200MHz or 266MHz front-side bus?

AMD Athlon™ Processor FSB Frequency is Specified in the OPN

The AMD Athlon™ processor's front-side bus specification can be determined by the the laser markings on the processor. These laser markings are known as the Ordering Part Number (OPN). The alpha-numeric characters represent different product specifications, depending on the product. Below is an example of a typical OPN from an AMD Athlon processor:

A 1200 A M S 3 C

On Socket A AMD Athlon processors, the last character of the OPN represents the front-side bus specification. An AMD Athlon processor that supports a 200MHz front-side bus will have an OPN that ends with the letter "B". An AMD Athlon processor that supports a 266MHz front-side bus will have an OPN that ends with the letter "C".
