Question Internet Explorer homepage highjacking [; ; winXP]

sponsored links

OK, I think I have some sort of virus going on with my PC. Everytime I try to change the homepage back to Google.com, Internet Explorer won't keep it as my homepage and it changes back to this oddball type homepage. I've run virus scan software & spyware/adware removal applications, but no luck. Is there any way of fixing this highjacking problem?

svchost.exe is a windows networking process. It is a normal and necessary process for windows XP!

It is when its run by the system, but theres a worm that runs a process called svchost.exe. The difference is that the worm runs as a "user" process and the windows process is a "system" process.
