Mac FLV to PowerPoint Converter, Insert FLV (Flash video) into PowerPoint on Mac

When you create a PowerPoint presentation for teaching, business or family use, you might want to insert a YouTube FLV or F4V video into your PowerPoint presentation to make it more vivid and image. However, as we know the video format FLV/F4V can not directly insert or embed into PowerPoint presentation. How to insert YouTube FLV/F4V into PowerPoint if I want to do the job?

Here I will share with you the most-easily solution to make it, that is to convert FLV to PowerPoint for Mac with a good Mac FLV Converter which can easily convert YouTube FLV/F4V to the right format acceptable to PowerPoint (WMV or MPG).

Preparation: free download this Mac FLV Converter here, install and run it. Then you can add the FLV files into this program by clicking the "Add" button.

1) Tick the checkbox "Merge into one file", you can combine or join several FLV files into one.

2) Click the "Settings" button; you can adjust video or audio parameters like the video resolution, the aspect ratio, bit rate, frame rate, codec, size, etc. Remember the bigger bit rate, the bigger size.

Choose output format from the "Format" as well as set the destination folder from the "Browse". If not, the output files will be saved in the default folder automatically.

Now, click the "Convert" button to start FLV conversion. Open the output folder you can get the converted video files and then insert it to PowerPoint as below:

In PowerPoint, turn on the Movie toolbar by using the VIEW menu. From the VIEW menu choose the submenu TOOLBARS and then MOVIE.

The first button on the toolbar is INSERT MOVIE. Click the toolbar.

Select the movie in the dialog box, then click the CHOOSE button.

That's all. Hopefully this article and the easy-to-use Mac FLV Converter will help you create a good PowerPoint presentation.
