Question Nester-X, DVD Drive, and UDF

sponsored links

1. Using Nester-X .20, can you save your game by game-state or any other way?

2. My xbox v1.1 has a phillips dvd drive in it and I had to tweak the pot to make it so it'd read my Memorex DVD+RW disks. I've had Halo and BloodWake on one disk for a few weeks now and it goes directly from my dvd drive, to the jewel case, and to a cd rack...and reverse to get it into the xbox . I added The Thing to the disk using GDF and I noticed that the disk is pretty scratched up...and it won't run The Thing because there's a big scratch...okay, no biggie...not a really good game anyway (in my opinion)...but, since I'm the only one who uses the it possible that the Phillips drive with the tweaked pot is actually ruining the disks?

3. Currently I'm burning in GDF, and I've heard that that's the way to go...but, UDF would be much faster for making copies of copies, or editing an RW...but, I've heard it has slower loading times...are the loading times that much of a problem or will it be hard to notice?

3. GDF is the best way for load time, because it's what MS uses. However, UDF in Prassi is the same for most games except Sega sports series and couple other games that have over 2000+ files in the root or overall files.
