Default How do I diagnose hardware problem?

sponsored links

I keep getting the BSOD telling me all sorts of errors. When I send the error report to microsoft it tells me I have a problem with my hardware. I recently put in a new mobo because the old one had bulging/leaking capacitors all over it. It is still doing it. Is there any software I can use or any other way to diagnose a hardware problem?
