These BIN files are the same as 1st_read.bin, not a CD Image...
You ca use the BurnerO's Self Boot Tools with the .SBI files.

The DC Anthology Demo CD comes with Rocket Racer:

if you got a cue file for a different Bin file on your pc just open it with notpad and change the bin file name in it to the one you want then save it-done this loads and it works
