psx backup trouble

hey i have disc juggler 3.5 and when i play my backups that i've burnt the screen moves up and down with a line going through it. if anyone knows what the problem or what the settings for disc juggler should be at for psx are please reply.

Sounds like you are playing a PAL game on a NTSC psx, any chance that its also in black and white?
when a PAL game is played on a NTSC you end up with a scrolling screen thats in black and white, for a NTSC game on a PAL psx its just in black and white (unless you use scart, then things are fine for the PAL psx)
This is due to PAL and NTSC being different signals

To fix this you can do a few things, either use Import Player to boot the game as NTSC or patch the game with PAL to NTSC patch, another thing you could try is using pal4u to create and apply a patch that changes it from PAL to NTSC but pal4u doesn't always work for all games
