No there is no way for you to see what somebody is surfing!

The only option would be to install a trojan programme that allowed you to see this,

Subseven is an example of this... E.G If you wanted to see what your mate was surfing you would have to send him an exe file, this would then install

after it had installed... you could then view the web pages he was surfing with the client part of the software!

I wouldnt advise that u mess about with trojans, its illegal and if your isp catches you u will get booted. Plus u have to consider u could accidentally infect yourself, has the author put a backdoor in the program?

Why would you want to see what anybody else is doing on the net, havn't you got a life of your own? If it realy bothers you then you could send them an e-mail and ask them first before you try to infect their computer.

There are many programs that allow you to remote view another computer and even control it. One such program that I frequently use is Remote Administrator. Basically, you can use this program to control/view the remote computer. It requires that the program be installed and running on the remote computer.

Noting from the comments above, this program is strictly for personal use. In no way is the purpose of this program to be used in any kind of illegal activity.

You may get a trial version at www.radmin.com
