Under"?" nero asks for a serial number? what is this ser#? I received no number with the cd that came with burner. Do you get extra facilities if you have this #???

Anybody? Any idea??

Please read the rules, as asking for serial numbers is definatly against them, this is your only warning.

Your burner came with an OEM version and yes you get more features with the full version. Check the Nero/Ahead site for upgrade prices.

I'm sorry but you have miss read my question, I happen to have original nero cd and do not require any serials, but still after upgrade, nero performs in a normal way, my question again, why nero is asking for ser#??

((I've read the rules, but u did not read my question properly))

regards to you all

Under Help you'll see the option "Enter New Serial Number" or the like. This lets you enter another serial number and as celtic_druid said, the full version serial numbers will give you more options. The Nero versions come with burners are OEM versions and several options are disabled to "encourage" you to purchase the full-version key.

I believe in the 1st part of his post, celtic_druid was talking to jarod19, to whom I also would like to give the same advice.
