Default MP3 discs on Mac help!

sponsored links

I am trying to create an mp3 cd to play on my mp3 cd player using the mac at work. I am using Toast Titanium and no matter what setting I have it on, when I put it in a cd player that accepts MP3 (tried 2 different ones) I get a "No Disc" reading. To make sure the player works, I put in a CD MP3 disc that a friend created using EasyCd Creator Platinum and it read fine.

Any advice?

MP3 Disc is the format that most of these new players will read. Toast Titanium has this format in the drop-down menu under "Other". Of course, there could be an exception to this depending on the brand of the player. As Eft suggested, it is necessary to know the format that the manufacturer requires for the player.

It might be the brand of disks or
it might be the bit rate the mp3s were recorded at
Some MP3 cd players also have problems with VBR

Check the players paperwork and see if it has anything about minimum bit rate or vbr/no vbr requirements .

What brand of player is it I love the black rio mp3/cd player it is the best!!!!
(at least in my opinion approx 8 hours on rechargeable battereies and it take about 2-3 hours to recharge it)

The previous post by scartable should solve all of your problems.....

Of course, I'm being sarcastic. It's more of the RUBBISH that I was complaining about in my last post. You can find it here: ***********.cdrom-guide.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=144325

In the event scartable changes the previous post to hide the truth, here's exactly what was stated....
