Question xp device manager

sponsored links

i looked in device manager to check if my monitor was recognized properly and i noticed a yellow exclamation point under other devices.and directly under that it says computer telephony device with a yellow exclamation point! my monitor is where it should be with no yellow exclamation point,i dont know what computer telephony device is? can someone give a clue as to what device that could be? it could have been this way for a while since i havn't changed anything on my computer in awhile!

thx to all that can help

Firstly are all the hardwrae components (AGP graphics cards, PCI cards, USB devices, etc) properly recognisd and functioning properly?

My guess it is an onboard component, quite possibly an onboard nework card or modem.
