Is it possible to make ISOs out of original DC Games?

Is it possible to make ISOs out of original DC Games?
I put a original DC game, in my CD-Rom drive and clicked on the My Computer and then the cd-rom, but it only showed a readme file. do you have to do somthing to make the disk files to show up?
