Don't know what else you want to know but all the detailed specs is on www.iomega.com

Basically, with USB, it's external (portable), fast, and can be used with a PC or MAC. It also does accept 100mb zip disks.

arent zip disks relatively slow compared to the new 48x cd burners not to mention the price difference in the media and if the speed of rewritable cds is an issue the MT Rainier format should sort that out

fink zip disks are better for storing data rather then on cd.

Hi there,

I like zips better then CD's. CD's can get scratched up super easy.

They have come out with a 750mb zip disk drive ( more then a CD :-) ) Granted CD's are way cheaper then zip disks.

I have noticed no real speed diffrence, but others might have.
