Default Extract .tar files help

How do i make .tar files into a burnable file with winrar ive got all the files but i cant figure it out any help will be cool

Right click on the TAR and select extract, this will most likely give you a bunch of RAR files. Extract them and you should get a CD image.

If its a .bin and .cue burn it with fireburner, or extract the image from the bin file with isobuster
