Talking ALMOST THERE!

i separated the 2 boards but 1 last thing, u know that metal plate underneath the main board? do i have to take that down as well or is the SCEX point on the 2 nd (where the small battery is) board or is the SCEX point on the other side of the main board?

Default ONLY SOLDERING LEFT

ok. i'm kinda stuck with the soldering. i got the reset, R, SCEX,A and W
points so far but starting from the B and to the I its really hard to solder
them cuz they're so small. any ideas on how i might get them done without
soldering them together?

Well, the only real trick is past skill. Those points are VERY hard, people don't realize it by looking at the pictures, makes them look huge. Honestly, besides using flux on the points, that's the only real "trick". if you solder them together, desolder wick is the key. DO NOT hold the iron on one point for too long or you will fry whatever that point is connected to and your PS2 is then worth $50 on Ebay.
