Default folders open in new windows?

sponsored links

I know in newer version of windows, I can tell windows to open up new folders all in the same window. However, in Windows 98, I do not know where to go to tell it to open stuff in the same window (right now, it opens a new window while browsing folders on my hard drive). Any ideas? (win98)

Yep, open up the C: then go to Veiw>Folder Options
Then in the General Tab click Custom, based on settings you choose and in there the second line down select open each folder in its own window.
