Default Ms Dashboard

Not that its that needed by me but i think i renamed a file that didnt need to be renamed, cause when ever i click on the MSdashboard on the evolution menu screen it just keeps bringing me back to the evolution menu.....i have three XBE files, here are the names and file sizes.

msdash.xbe 495,616

xbox.xbe 659,456

xboxdash.xbe 659,456

So which one do i leave and which ones need to be changed?

Sorry for the dumb question, i just got really bored one night and was trying somthing that seemed to back fire.

That's wierd, the original MS Dashboard should be around 1.3 megs.........

I don't think that's the original dash, sounds like you might of just renamed an old version of evox dash

If you have a PAL machine try to get someone to e-mail you a PAL original one, or NTSC if you have NTSC.

People have reported different versions of MSdash, meaning they "may" be custom to each XBox but I doubt it.

Worth a shot, doesn't hurt to try.

I don't think they are customized, since Arthur recently sent Wilt his whole C: Drive files to restore Wilt's XBox and it worked.
