Timesplitter 2 Pal on Ntsc via Enigmah switcher

I have the Enigmah Pal Ntsc switcher Cd, it works but i was wondering if u can change the setting from pal 50 to pal 60, I have a Ntsc tv but when i changed the setting to Pal the screen just flickers and I can't play the game. Someone said that u can just use the switcher to get the game to work, has anyone tried it yet.
