Sorry what I should of said was a program that will let me check each set of vts_vobs so I know which on is the movie and what are the extra's, as i've just ripped IceAge and i've got one set of 3 vts_03 that total 3.64gigs and another set of vts_o1 totaling 3.06 gigs so I need to know which is the movie and and which is the extra's !!

Open the corresponding ifo file in ifoedit, you'll be able to tell what is the movie and what is the extra's.
Failing that, try VOBRator which allows you to see whats in each individual vob.

Cheers Dylan. Also I've just ripped IceAge and i've got two set of vts_0*_* vobs over 3gigs so I take it the movie and the extra's. I've created a cffl file using ifo edit using the larger of the set vts_03 which was about 3 .12 gig. Now I want to encode so it all can fit on a dvd-r menu's and all. So since the menu's are over 3 gigs do I create a cffl file to use in Rempeg that looks like this or is that wrong?

CFFL

D:\ICEAGE\VTS_01_1.VOB
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_01_2.VOB
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_01_3.VOB
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_03_1.VOB
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_03_2.VOB
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_03_3.VOB
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_03_4.VOB

Hmmmmm now I've never tried to re-encode 2 different sets of vob files before so I have no idea if it would even work.
Try loading it into Rempeg2 and see what happens ........ my bet is it won't do it but as I said I've never tried it.
If it fails, then best bet is to do first set of vobs 1st and after they've done remux em back into the originals and then move onto re-encoding the 2nd set (if needed).

[edit]

CFFL
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_03_1.VOB
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_03_2.VOB
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_03_3.VOB
D:\ICEAGE\VTS_03_4.VOB

I'd bet these are the main movie vobs (might be wrong) so first off I'd try stripping out some of the extra's using IFOedit by loading the corresponding ifo for the first set (VTS_01_1.*) and stripping out as much as possible. There are loads of guides on doom9 and the ifoedit homepage for doing this.
