Default Poor customer service!

Same here,

I ordered a magic 2 chip, they sent the clone...didn't work
Did the RMA form, website was never up and excuses galore. Customer service girl said I had to use form. They finally responded a week later with RMA, and I sent chip back yesterday. Hopefully I'll get a refund, but I agree - padded envelope still gave me bent pins on the chip. Also, Customs opened package and taped it back up. Was 2 weeks before I received it. I'm finished with Easybuy.

I never recieved an RMA from Easybuy2000. I can't believe they stay in business with their lack of customer service.

I contacted XODUS (maker of the Matrix chip) dorectly and they were great. They sent me a replacement programmer and now I'm up and running. The Matrix is a great chip, but Easybuy2000 #*@#*.

Did you just send xodus your programmer first? Or did they just send you one?

Xodus just sent a replacement. I sent a digital picture of the defective programmer.

I have just e-mailed the xodus team and i have asked if they would like me to start selling the xodus chip
Witch will mean if i am selling the xodus chip for the xodus team
I will get the orders sent out a lot faster and it will make every one much more happy.

All i ask is if you will e-mail me your name and e-mail address to [email]maciw@33whitehead.fsnet.co.uk[/email]

This will show how many people think that it will be a good idea for me to start selling the xodus chip.
