Nero or WinOnCD. It depends on what you want to do though. Feurio is excellant for audio, however that is all that is does. For other uses, CloneCD is good for the harder to copy stuff. Fireburner is also extremely easy to figure out.

If you just want an Audio app give Feurio or DART a try, if you want a full fledged do everything app try Nero or WinOnCD (if you can find it)
One more worth mentioning, but I ave not treid it out yet is Blaze. As I noticed my old respected m8 Aj has rated it very high at his site over here

Also, why not give NTI CD Maker Pro a try m8? It's easy to use, rock solid reliable and I don't even know what a coaster is with this.

I must say theres loads of great CDRW software out there but my sanity has been restored since I've started using this.
