I followed the exact steps, it is NTSC how do I correct a frame rate problem? Why woudl it play fine on my computer? Would there be any benefit in following the Rempeg method rather that using CCE? When using Pulldown, is the sourc c:\windows\clock.avi?

Your source for pulldown will be your .m2v file that was created with CCE. Rempeg is easier to use, but the quality is much worse.

In the instructions, it shows the source for pulldown to be the clock.avi file is that not correct? Shall I use the m2v file instead? If so what would the target file be?

you should use the m2v file. I didn't have an m2v at the time and used this instead. I believe this has been asked already in this thread.

How do you get a d2v from Rempeg? Or do you mean m2v? Big difference...
