One thing u might want to try is to change your dll to mpegdecoder.dll or mepeg2dec.dll, but u will probably have to remove the idct and cpu statement for that to work. Its still worth a shot. Push come to shove u can always use vfapi.

Default help with missing last 5 mins

Can anyone help?

DVD-DVDr

I have managed to do perfect copies were the film is less than 4.0gb, but when I ReMPEG2 a larger file and Spruce it up, it seems to miss of the end of the film.

I have used the calculator and i have guessed, both are missing the end of the film.

Can anyone help?

cheers

@cpk999, first question are you working with a NTFS or FAT32 partition?

Celtic-Druid,

Thanks for responding so quickly.

About 20 mins after posting this problem, I discovered I was working with a FAT32 partition and changed it.

Everything should be ok now

Cheers

Chris

i have used the spruce method without problem, but would like to have subtiltles in some of my movies so i have been trying the ifoedit method without success in getting the subtitles to show up or burn a standalone compliant disc. the file work fine when i open it up with powerdvd, so the VIDEO_TS file must be complete. how should i rip the subtitles when using smartripper and what setting should prassi be using. any suggestions would be appreciated after 4 coasters

B17bomber,

I had an error on my guide originally that I fixed. Try it again. I had forgot to tell people to do the getvts sectors. One other thing I will change on the guide tommorow in regards to that is you should save the ifo's and cose it before running getvts sectors. REopen ifoedit, open the ifo files and do a getvts. It shoudl tell you what it cdhanged and make you click ok. I will fix it all tommrow though, and possibly add a few other surprises as well since I just had a very good idea a little while ago.
