SD2 = SafeDisc2. Notice I did include the full name once. It's just that I couldn't be bothered typing SafeDisc2 every time... Much quicker just to use SD2.

If you have CloneCD 4, the preset Game CD option usually works. Otherwise, I think you set Read Subchannel Data and Read Subchannel Audio, Set Error Correction to none, and 5 retries. I think that's what I used.
