HELP with modded xbox!!!

I have a xbox from premodded.com with sporty chip and a switch. I have evox on it. When I go to turn it on with the chip on it tries to power up and shuts off ( it does this 3 times) When I turn it on with the chip off it says it needs service (its always done this because of evox). What could be the problem?

Has it just started doing this, how long have you had it - so many questions??? I think your best bet would be to have a word with premodded.com

I tried them, they wont answer emails, their customer service sucks. Ya, it started this yesterday.
