Default Dvix off DVDr

 
Can you play Dvix of DVDr on the XBOX or does it have to be on the hard disc?

Cant see why you cant, as longs as they are named correctly so mediaplayer will recognise them. ie *.avi etc.

ive got media player6 installed on my hd ..i play all divx films off dvdr....never had a problem yet

MISKIN,

I currently have media player 6 on my HD, and can play Divx Movies that I have FTPed to the HD. I can also play movies streaming from my PC.

I cannot however play them dircecty from a DVDr in the X-Box.

Any help, greatly appreciated.
