Problems with Xbox Media player and Yapi, please help.

Hi all, I have a xbox modded with executor, 30gb hdd, I have transferred xbox media player 5 & 6 to the hdd via FTP, I also copied Yapi over aswell. along with a 1.5gb mpg file, svcd.

Now for the problems:

Media player 5 & 6 seem to work from the hdd but will not play the mpg file, sees it, but doesnt play the file

Yapi works and sees the file, then plays the file, but the audio is out of sync.

Any ideas please, I have also copied across the 1st cd of the svcd, it is still the same.
