Help Me!!! Please!!!

OK, Here's my story. PLEASE respond if you can give me some help. A couple months ago I installed a Matrix Modchip with EvoX 2.5 in my X-Box. Today, I received some backup games. I put the backup Halo in and it didn't work. So I opened up my X-Box and re-aligned the chip, but I didn't put the X-Box back together. I put in Halo and it worked. I also played a couple of other games and they worked too. Finally, I put the X-box back together and the games started not to work. I opened up my X-box again and tried to re-align the chip. Still, the games wouldn't work. So, I decided to take out the chip. Now, the X-box won't even turn on. I think it might be the power supple, but I don't really know. Did you check all of your cable connections to make sure none of them were loose? Also you said "it did not work" what exactly did it do?
