Default HELP! CDRWIN Wont Recognize My New CD-RW!

sponsored links

I just bought a new 52x24x52x Lite-On LTR-52246S burner. I installed it but for some reason CDRWIN wont pick it up. CloneCD, Nero, EZ CD Creator and BlindWrite all see it just fine. I updated CDRwins ASPI drivers and dl'ed Adaptic's drivers. CDRWIN see's it as a reader but will only let me choose my old LG burner as a writer. I have tryed reinstalling CDRWIN and updating but it did no good. Can ne help me out?

Thanks!

You must have this file present on your system - WNASPI32.DLL for CDRWIN to work.

Wnaspi32.dll is a special system file for use with CD and DVD software. You may need this file if it was not included with your programs and they respond with "wnaspi32.dll not found" or a similar error message.

It is only for use on Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP

You can get it from here ***********.dll-files.com/dllindex/index.shtml Its at the bottom of the page

Regards
