where on the net can i download the best Encryption? i am talking about 1024bit or more!

I don't know about d/ling an encryption protocol, but 1024bit or more...I think RSA is 'bout 512-bits, I would guess 128 for SSL. What do you need it for, a financial database?

I'm no Web Database expert, but shouldn't SSL or something work? I think that's what amazon, eBay uses.

Try this program : Strongdisk

It creates a virtual disk on your computer that looks exactly like an additional hard disk. You can choose the size of the disc from 1mb to several gigabytes.

The disk only exists after you "mount" it by entering your password. After this it works in windows just like an extra hard disk.

It has a choice of various encryption types and strengths and can easily do 1024 bit encryption.

So all you do is use the program to create a virtual disk, select its size, encryption and strength. Then save whatever sensitive files you have. When you dismount the disk the whole thing is encrypted until you mount it again.
