have just bought this and it is so easy to use, just a couple of clicks and 20 mins later a image on your hard drive ready to burn

when i try to burn an image onto my hard drive
i dont get that far its always saying that the data is protected
so then i got to cancel tryed ocen 11 and matrix

any into would be cool

any tips on gettin this page to load 3 mates of mine on FREESERVE and myself get nothing but gatway timeout????


out to disable or enable???
