tracert 212.58.240.121

then post here what it says

do and IPconfig on PC1 and post the results

go to a dos prompt and type

ipconfig

Ok here we go:

Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection

Connection Specific DNS suffix: msnhome.net
Ip address; 192.168.0.1
subnetmask: 255.255.255.0
default gateway:[/b]

On pc2 the DNS suffix is not set to msnhome.net - could that be it?

so shall I take the suffix off, or put it on PC2?
