hi all

got a DVD cover printer program (Multicoverprint) and i tried to print a DVD cover, and it just cuts the end off it.

There is enough space on the end of the page to print the end, its just it doesnt seem to want to print the last 6cm's on the end

I have tried the same with publisher, and that does the same, so i think its got sumthin to do with my printer, its an Epson Stylus Colour 980, if thats any help

do i just need to alter the printers settings, or will it never print full size covers

let mk know please, its killing me

any info much appreciated

Gator

I'm not familiar with that proggie but if it works like SureThing CD Labeler (using templates) .... then check the size of the template and adjust it as necessary. Your printer will certainly print them, just gotta get that template properly sized. In the ecent you can't adjust it, switch to another cover program.

I know this! I know this!!

I had the same problem with my Epson 760! with the same program!

In the printing preferences, click Paper and then in printable area tick maximum! Also make sure all margins are at zero. Worked for me! Tell me how it goes

Maybe you can help me

I need to get a faulty cart out my printer? How?

you will probably have to tape two pieces of paper together to trick the printer. take a look at the guide in the following link for details.

found it rather usefull in the past.
