Default Rip a 'copy control' protected cd??

sponsored links

HI, i'm trying to rip a Bjork cd, that is protected with a system called 'copy control', i've tried 'cdex', and 'exact audio copy', but with both i get many 'clics' and errors.

Any suggestion?? Any program or way to rip this cd with a goog quality??

Thank you all!!!

try audiograbber... it won't rip all copy-protected cd's... but i hear it's successful most of the time...

if that doesn't work... try clonecd... make sure your burner supports RAW

What about for ripping the audio? I've bought the Athlete cd and it doesn't play back properly on my pc, so I need to rip it just to play it!

Try ripping it with a no Windows operating system, for example Linux or BeOS. You also need a drive that is capable of reading the disc.

If you use Clone CD you need a writer that reads EFM encoding to overcome the copy protection.
See here to see if yours is supported.
