FlukeUK: the tool is for automating the standard steps to get (s)vcd into a format for dvd authoring. If you have (s)vcd movies - then yes this tool is for you. If your stuff is still on your camcorder then no - you can go from DV to DVD MPEG-2 using one of several packages.

never mind... i got the download to work from afterdawn.com... i wasn't able to download it earlier because of my norton internet security... not sure what was up with the download from the main page tho... thanks.

Default joinig svcd files

Does anyone know if SVCD2DVD can join svcd files? My problem is that whenever if have a flick which is more than one svcd and i want to join it to one file, the sound gets messed up.
Would be graet if you could take like 3 svcd files and make a dvd compliant file with svcd2dvd.
Any other suggestions are appreciated
