Here you can download 2 utilities

AMDCPUID
This will tell you the basic information about the processor (speed, family cache etc) and if it's authentic.

AMD CPU Information Display Utility
This will give you lots of detailed information about the processor. It isn't meant for the average person to understand but you should still be able to glean some info from it (like all it's features)
