Did u guys notice, Sega definitely is gonna come out with another kind of CD protection technique for whatever the new console is(if Sega deicides to make one). U may have to mod your console to play backups, maybe even harder. I doubt people will enjoy it as much as enjoying the "direct-boot" dreamcast.

For me, I got a modded-PS1, PS2, deramcast, I haven't modified my PS2, but will do later. However, I stick with my DC all the time, cause I just burn and play, how easy is that!!

I dig my Dreamcast alot. I just traded with a dude here in australia, we swapped 15 games each. Thanx man if that guy reads this.

As for Sega and thier hardware. If everyone remembers the Megadrive days, thats when they really kicked serious butt!!!

It was a pity when Sony came out because I was such a devoted Sega fan that I began to hate Sony. Originally I found out that Sega showed Sony how to develop games, now if this is true, then Sega signed thier own fate. Anyone know if it's true or not????

I still play my Dreamcast and get all the emulators and homebrew apps that are released, plus try and get some games i missed

Yeah, I bought my Megadrive a couple of months after it came out in the uk. I was always an arcade addict and when I got the Megadrive it blew my young mind, I had previously had to load games by tape on the old Spectrum (good old days - sigh).

Then I got Revenge of Shinobi and Ghouls And Ghosts. It made me wonder why they gave you Altered Beast with the Megadrive/Genesis when these made that look very lame.

Super Shinobi /Revenge of Shinobi , Devil Crash and Streetfighter 2 Hyper Fighting were my all time fav 16 bit sega games.
