Hi Guys,

The best way I've found around the problem of track selection was to load all my Karaoke tracks into named folders i.e. Sunfly etc. without numbering. Then use Alcatech BPM studio with these named directories to print of each track set listing. This lists them alphabetically & numbers each track with running time. Print these out & Laminate them for your gigs. Have your request slips ask for punters name, track set name & number only then add these as they come in to a playlist in Winamp. As mentioned earlier using the search feature of windows in a reduced frame then drag & drop takes no more than 10 seconds to find & transfer. Remember you need the same laminated list to work from when checking your request slips! Any other ideas welcomed.

Malky.

Default Jumper

Stevebicks,

Do I need WinAmp Jumper in order to do the directory deal?

What happens if I just open WinAmp dir button?

dennisgb

sorry didn't reply sooner, just been to benidorm for a week.

winamp jumpers just for playing the tracks instantly by typing in the playlist number, opening the dir is for opening the folder of your karaoke tracks in alphabetical order which should match up to your excel song listing

regards

steve
