I have limited knowledge with Isobuster so others may help more, but open IsoBuster open the image then select all shown files, from the right click menue select "Extract objects" browse to the folder to extract to then hit OK.
You should now be able to use nero to burn these extracted files, burn as data.

Open nero, from the help file select "Use nero Wizard" from the file menue select "New" the wizard will open and take you through the rest, when the wizard closes, in the browser window select the files and drag them to the compilation window, the name of the disc will be "New" right click in that window and rename the disc, hit the buton that looks like a disc on fire (the 9th from the left) choose the burning speed ec't and burn.
HTH good luck.

edit:
Depending on the version of Nero that you have you may be able to use "nero express" if there is a button with a small black arrow on it (5th button from left) hit that and nero express will open.
