Angry installing messiah 2 pro.... : (

sponsored links

Hi, I just bought a messiah 2 pro from Foundmy.com. I'm excited but a little confused. I downloaded an installation diagram from messiah2.com. And I saw a different diagram from foundmy's site.......but, its for the PRO.
I was wondering If can use the regular Messiah 2 diagram to install the Messiah 2 Pro....or do I have to use FOUNDMY's diagram?? I'm Confused....

The PRO version is wired EXACTLY the same as the normal version Messiah chip.

Check that you've got the correct diagram for your PS2 version. They are all different!

Whats the model number of your PS2 on the back sticker? SCPH ?????

Not sure on that one as I haven't a PS2 open.

Whats the SCPH number? or are you saying that they've put a newer motherboard in a old case??

yes, its a new motherboard, but on a SCPH 30001 number(which is not the right one).

I got one more question though, did you install your messiah by yourself or sought professional solderers?

Did it myself.

Check the refs and you'll see why!

As for your board, you'll probably have to check the boards in all the diagrams to match it up. Whats the number on top of your Bios chip?
